Microsoft Dynamics 365 now has a contact center to aid customers
Starting July 2024, Microsoft has included into Microsoft Dynamics 365, a Contact Center in the Product Terms availability table. This new offering enhances Dynamics 365 Customer Service by integrating Artificial Intelligence (Copilot) into both voice and digital messaging.
For voice and digital communications, Microsoft has enhanced Dynamics 365 Customer Service by introducing voice, SMS, social channels, and email communication add-ons. These additions will enable customer service representatives to engage more effectively with their clients. These communication channels are integrated with Artificial Intelligence solutions, available as a new stand-alone offering.
How to license and use the new offering
The new offering is available as a User Subscription License (USL), requiring a license for each user who will be granted access to engage in communications. The standalone SKU is priced at $110 per user per month. It is compatible with various CRM systems, including non-Microsoft ones. Naturally, it works seamlessly with Microsoft Customer Service. Users with Customer Service Enterprise licenses receive a discount, bringing the Contact Center add-on price to $90 per user per month.
Additionally, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Premium is now available. This option bundles Customer Service Enterprise with Contact Center, offered at $195 per user per month.
