Importantly, data sharing only commences once administrators and users in your organization agree to link their Microsoft work or school accounts with their CRM accounts.  

Pricing and availability for Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales 

Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales is accessible through a subscription priced at $50 per user per month. To utilize these services, you will require a product license such as Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Premium, or Business Standard. Alternatively, an Office 365 E3 or E5 license is also acceptable.  

The Copilot for Sales subscription includes Microsoft 365 Copilot. If you already possess a license for this service, you can acquire the Sales solution for an additional $20 monthly. If you’re a Dynamics 365 Sales Premium customer, using Microsoft 365 Copilot will cost an extra $30 per month, with Sales Copilot features included. Microsoft Copilot for Sales is available worldwide, with a few exceptions. You can verify the supported countries on the Microsoft website.   

Copilot for Sales, together with the Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription, became available for purchase on February 1, 2024, via the Volume Licensing and Web Direct Channels. Also, it became available through CSP on March 1, 2024.  

What happens to organizations who purchased standalone Microsoft Sales Copilot subscription earlier? 

The Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales subscription is now replacing the previous Microsoft Sales Copilot subscription. All existing features of Sales Copilot will not only remain available but will also be enhanced through Microsoft 365 Copilot under this new subscription. Innovations such as Word integration and improved Teams integration are all part of the new experience. Customers who purchased the earlier standalone Sales Copilot subscriptions can continue with their current subscriptions, retaining access to all existing functionalities for the duration of their contracts.
